Valley of Fire State Park is a mesmerizing testament to nature’s artistry, igniting the senses with its fiery red sandstone formations that seem to blaze under the desert sun. Located an hour away form the las vegas strip, this ancient landscape is a playground of geological wonders, where wind and water have sculpted towering cliffs, arches, and twisting canyons over millions of years. As the sun sets, casting a warm glow over the fiery rocks, it creates an amazing experience for a Valley of Fire elopement.
Valley of fire is located a little over an hour away from the strip. Once you get off the 15 you will pass a gas station that will be the last place to get anything you need such as gas, snacks, and water! Once you pass the gas station and continue you will soon lose phone reception. Sometimes certain providers will get spotty service in specific spots of the park but I would not count on it. You will have about 15 miles on a 2 lane road form this gas station to the entrance to the park.
Valley of Fire is absolutely beautiful but you need to plan your date wisely. Valley of fire gets very hot during the summer months pushing temperatures of 105 degrees. On the flip side of that if you pick a season with possible rain it can become very muddy when you are out there causing it to be inaccessible or very dirty! With all this said there are plenty of recourses that can help you plan this the best way possible. Below I list all the vendors showcased in this elopement!
The cost of eloping in Valley of fire can vary depending on your choice of vendors, amount of floral design, guest count, and hours needed. The Permit costs $150 per permit slot. Each slot is 1 1/2 hours.
In the end Valley of Fire offers an incredible experience unlike any other. If you would like more info and help in planning your special day click here!
