The process
Start the process by submitting an Inquire form. As you go through the form please take the time to fill out the questions with intentionality. From the very start of our relationship together I want to try and get to know you so that I can serve you best and insure we are a good fit!

STEP 1
After receiving the inquire I will provide you with a brochure. This will walk you through more info about what to expect when working with me as well as package options. On the final page you will be able to schedule a facetime call with me. This is something that I always do with all potential clients! I look forward to chatting with you!
Connect Virtually
STEP 2
During our call we will discuss all your questions as well as what package could work best for you! Once finished with the call I will provide you with a proposal with all the details you picked. If all looks well, you can sign and pay deposit right in that proposal. At this point your date is locked in and saved with me.
Deposit & Planning

Q1. How does payment schedule work?
I require a 30% deposit which will save your date with me. I then require the remainder due 1 month prior to the wedding date. If you would like to pay it sooner or drop chucks on it leading up to that date. you totally have that option.
Q2. Do you provide raw files?
No, but I do offer a couple things that I think are better than raw footage. I offer a Ceremony edit which will show the ceremony from start to finish. I also offer a Document edit which is the whole wedding experience in its long form. Showing all major parts of the day in their entirety such as ceremony, speeches, etc. Raw footage is not very appealing when it comes to color and sound. So these alternatives allow for you to see the full clips but also get the perk of color grading and sound design.
Q3. What if we need to cancel or reschedule our wedding?
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date and then have to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule and the date change for weddings + elopements is given prior to 3 months before date- there will be NO new deposit. If notice is given within the 3 months prior to your date- a new deposit will need to be made in order to hold your new date.
Q4. Are you comfortable working with any photographer?
The simple answer, YES! I love working with new people and meeting new photographers! I am very easy and very respectfull to their work! I make sure to be out of their way and make it a seamless experience to insure both photo and video is perfect for you guys! On that note I do offer packages with photo included to make your life easier when booking and bring you a matching style between photo and video.
Q5. How long is the turnaround time?
My turnaround time is gibe or take 3 months. Depending on my number of projects I'm working on it can fluctuate a little bit, but i aim for as close to 3 months as possible. If you decide to get the Teaser film add on you will receive that film within 2 weeks.
Q6. How do you save/backup footage?
My process to insure that your footage is safe starts on the day of your wedding. Not only do I record to two SD cards internally on my camera, I take it a step further by recording to an external hard drive! So on the day of your wedding I have already saved it to 3 places. I then will back up to 2 external drives and a cloud backup.
Q7. What happens if you cannot make it to the wedding?
If I am unable to make it to the wedding due to illness, travel problems, etc. I will make sure to have a shooter their in my place. This would mean that I would pay a shooter, that I trust, to capture your day for me and then provide me with all the footage. I would then handle all the editing as normal.
I have never had this happen... Knock on wood. :)
